I have two ways to praise. One is during mediation, a technique I learned from my teachers and is part of the Ascension Mediation http://www.eyeblinks.me. An other way is to look around me for things to praise during the day. I find a lot of them; the sky, a baby, a child, a smile, chocolate, birds in the sky, a good friend, a nice email, home, love, a song, a moment. When I choose to think repeatedly of those things and feel good about them in my heart, it’s like a praise.

but I have so many things that are hard work, very little time to praise.

I praise while I do my hard work, it takes off half the burden. If I can make a choice to praise in the midst of hurry and business, the experience of time changes for me.
