      talking about a specific experience is not the same as experiencing it, but it has helped me recognize and validate it

        Me too. To talk about an experience is an other experience then the original experience. But both are very important and can be just as meaningful. Sharing something with another person is a new thing compared to going threw it alone. And in the sharing, also the original experience changes shape and my perspective about it.
